Hey beautiful,
If you are on the healing path then it's inevitable you'll run into this at some point. Being a healer that assists with deep emotional healing worldwide I've seen it many times; people who are in the middle of their healing process will suddenly stop continuing it.
One of the main reasons is that it's feeling uncomfortable and patterns and habits are trying to get the upper hand. They start to whisper in the unconscious ear that it was comforting where they were at.
One of the main sources I can see this in is in dreams. I always ask clients that have done the deep healing subconscious surgery sessions with me to share their dreams. Because it will tell me exactly what's been shifted. And what pattern we moved around.
In these sessions we go to the absolute core of issues. And then remove the pattern and literally move the 'wiring' of someone in a different space and place so it will work to their benefit.
I will never remove too much and take care of what's underneath that. Because I know it may feel a bit strange and your way of being will re-adapt itself. Usually it will create an immense space and excitement.
Resistance
Sometimes the subconscious will resist. Because even though patterns may be negatively effecting you and will not at all keep you to wished for outcomes like being in a relationship, losing weight, aligning yourself to that career that will make you feel so much better each and every day... They are there for a reason. They try to keep you save (from whatever you feel is threatening). Be it intimacy, be it being vulnerable, failure and more.
Therefore these sessions need repeating a few times, so other insecurities, emotions and more can be removed and a healthy new, beneficial way for you can last.
It's the same in all healing: if you stop the work, then you've hit on a self-sabotage or inner resistance level. Sometimes it's the obvious ones like having to face responsibility in a situation.
Owning up to the shadow part.
The shadow part consists of all things we would rather not show to the world. In its extreme and people who don't do self-work or examining this shadow will be projected outwardly. Like in racism for example. So they didn't do it. It's all the foreigners fault. The group of 'foreigners' then takes the blame for all that's not being owned up too. "They take all the jobs!", is something that then would be said.
If you hit a healing plateau then you KNOW you are in avoidance mode. That's the first sign. There are a few things to do.
1. Give yourself some time and be compassionate with whatever is going on internally. You are only trying to protect you.
2. Do remind yourself of your desire once you feel ready. Is it still important enough for you?
3. If it is then the only way is forward and go through it, because it will hover around within you and will give up eventually again which means it still needs tackling then. Only if you are then years further along the road & still have the same results you had before, it will give you a bit of a headache. Best face it now.
4. Remember that if you do go through it, you will always feel better and you won't feel that sting anymore. Because it's truly gone. It's like having the flu. You feel shitty at the time, but if I someone asks you weeks later how you feel you won't even remember how awful that flu made you feel.
If you want to deep heal some self sabotages then Akashic Healing , subconscious surgery and the emotional well-being are your match. >>watch a sneak peek here<<
