What is called a new moon is actually still the dark moon. So today when you see "new moon" announcements everywhere then remember it's still the dark moon phase.That means it's not at all the best time to set intentions.
The promoted "new moon" is simply a scientifically calculated point and has nothing to do with the actual moon flow AND HOW IT INFLUENCES YOU.
There's a difference between Dark moon or New Moon. I've been seeing this misconception widely spread at every single new moon.
Feeling the difference between a dark and a new and a full moon is essential in the Return of the Goddess. Otherwise it's just an off balance version of it. Working with the Moon Phases means understanding the calendar so you can work in alignment with the energy.
